Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI API management and routing platform (the "Service") operated by AllToken, a product of MAGE BROS LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("we", "our", "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We provide a unified API platform that enables you to access multiple third-party AI language models through a single API endpoint. Our Service includes:

• Unified API access to multiple AI model providers
• API key management and authentication
• Usage tracking, analytics, and billing
• Rate limiting and quota management

We act as an intermediary platform facilitating access to third-party AI models. We do not create or control the AI models themselves.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account without prior approval.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying AI models
• Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures
• Resell or redistribute API access without authorization
• Transmit malware, spam, or engage in any form of network abuse
• Use the Service in a manner that could harm minors

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5.1 Pricing

The Service operates on a usage-based billing model. Current pricing is published on our website and may be updated with 14 days' notice. Usage is measured by API calls, tokens processed, or other metrics as specified in your plan.

5.2 Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. You agree to Stripe's terms of service for payment processing. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. All fees are quoted and charged in USD unless otherwise specified.

5.3 Prepaid Credits

If the Service offers prepaid credits, unused credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

5.4 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your jurisdiction.

• Unused prepaid credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 10% of the credits have been consumed.
• Usage-based charges for successfully delivered API calls are non-refundable.
• Service errors: If API calls fail due to a confirmed fault on our platform (not the upstream AI provider), we will credit the affected usage to your account.
• Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the charge. Contact [email protected] with your account details and a description of the issue.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• We aim to maintain 99.9% platform uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance and upstream provider outages).
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.
• We are not responsible for outages, errors, or degraded performance of third-party AI model providers.

• Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you submit through the API. We claim no ownership over your input or output data.
• Our Service: The platform, its design, documentation, and proprietary technology remain our intellectual property.
• AI Outputs: Ownership of AI-generated outputs is subject to the terms of the respective AI model provider.

API request and response content is processed in real-time and not stored beyond the duration of the API call. Usage metadata (timestamps, model used, token count) is retained for billing and analytics. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

• Our Service routes requests to third-party AI model providers. Each provider has its own terms and acceptable use policies.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the applicable provider's terms.
• We are not liable for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party AI models.
• We may add, remove, or modify available models at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law:

• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not liable for losses arising from third-party AI provider actions, outages, or content.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

• By you: You may close your account at any time. Prepaid credits are subject to the refund policy above.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
