01What AllToken.ai is

AllToken.ai is an AI API gateway and developer software platform. It helps users access, compare, route, and manage requests to third-party AI model providers through a unified API interface.

AllToken.ai provides developer infrastructure including routing policies, provider failover, API key management, usage analytics, quota controls, model comparison, documentation, and operational visibility. AllToken.ai is not a bare resale layer for third-party APIs.

02What AllToken.ai is not

AllToken.ai does not provide cryptocurrency services, blockchain products, financial services, investment advice, trading signals, brokerage, exchange services, wallet services, custody services, payment services, money transmission, token sales, or cryptocurrency transaction processing.

AllToken.ai is a software/API platform only. We do not offer any regulated financial activity.

03AI token clarification

The word "Token" in AllToken.ai refers to AI model usage tokens, such as text tokens processed by large language models. It does not refer to cryptocurrency tokens, blockchain tokens, digital assets, virtual currencies, or financial products.

04API usage package policy

API usage packages are used only for accessing AllToken.ai software and API features.

• Cannot be withdrawn, transferred, traded, or resold.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Cannot be used outside the AllToken.ai platform.
• Cannot be used as stored value, gift cards, vouchers, virtual currency, or financial assets.

05Refund and chargeback risk control

Consumed API usage is non-refundable because third-party model provider costs are incurred in real time. Refunds may be issued only for unused API usage according to our Refund Policy.

Accounts associated with chargebacks, payment disputes, stolen payment methods, card testing, or payment fraud may be suspended or terminated. Related API keys may be disabled immediately.

06Abuse prevention

New accounts may be subject to initial API usage limits, manual review, and fraud monitoring before high-volume API usage is enabled.

AllToken.ai may suspend or limit accounts for suspected fraud, card testing, stolen payment methods, automated abuse, policy violations, abnormal usage patterns, or attempts to bypass usage limits.

07Third-party model transparency

All third-party model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. AllToken.ai is an independent software platform and does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by any third-party AI model provider unless expressly stated.

08Image and video generation safety

Image and video generation features are subject to additional safety restrictions. AllToken.ai prohibits non-consensual deepfakes, face swaps, voice or likeness impersonation, sexual content involving real people without consent, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), harassment, fraud, or misleading synthetic media.
