API Usage Units
What are AllToken API usage packages?
AllToken API usage packages provide API Usage Units that can only be used to access AI API and software features inside AllToken.ai. They are not cryptocurrency, virtual currency, stored value, gift cards, vouchers, financial assets, or investment products.
API usage packages and API Usage Units cannot be withdrawn, transferred, traded, resold, redeemed for cash, or used outside the AllToken.ai platform.
How pricing works
Software usage is billed by model, route, and request.
AI software features are accessed through models, provider routes, and request units. AllToken API usage quota is applied to actual API usage.
Each model has its own usage cost.
Different AI models — reasoning, chat, image generation, video generation — consume API Usage Units at different rates.
Routes can change effective software cost.
A model may be available through more than one route. AllToken keeps route selection and API usage quota in one account.
Final software cost follows actual usage.
Text uses input and output tokens. Image and video features may use generated outputs, task state, duration, or resolution.

- One-time API usage package purchases are charged immediately at checkout and do not automatically renew.
- If subscription plans are offered, customers are charged at checkout for the selected plan, and renewals are billed according to the billing period shown at checkout.
- Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout where applicable.
- Image and video safety Image and video generation features are subject to additional safety restrictions. AllToken.ai prohibits non-consensual deepfakes, face swaps, voice or likeness impersonation, sexual content involving real people without consent, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), harassment, fraud, or misleading synthetic media.
Refunds
Refunds within 7 days, unused usage only.
API usage package purchases are refundable in full within 7 days of purchase, provided the purchased API usage has not been used.

AllToken may not be used for financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, trading strategies, brokerage, exchange services, wallet services, custody services, payment services, money transmission, token sales, cryptocurrency transaction processing, or any regulated financial activity.
AllToken also prohibits use of its services to create deepfakes, face swaps, voice impersonations, or content using a person’s likeness without explicit consent.

Is AllToken a cryptocurrency, wallet, or exchange?
No. AllToken is a software and API platform. We do not sell tokens, operate an exchange, provide wallet services, custody funds, or process cryptocurrency transactions.
Are API usage packages financial assets or stored value?
No. API usage packages are software usage units that can only be used inside AllToken.ai to access AI API and software features. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, traded, resold, or redeemed for cash.
When am I charged?
You are charged immediately at checkout for the software usage package you select. All AllToken purchases are one-time. Purchases do not auto-renew.
Do you provide financial or investment advice?
No. AllToken does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, trading strategies, brokerage, exchange services, or any regulated financial activity.
Can I get a refund?
